I've been on suboxone for almost 3 weeks. Was taking 30 - 50 percs a day, depending on the dosage, for about a year or so. Started off recreationally about 6 years ago, became a daily thing, and well you know the rest.
Anyway Doc started me at 4mg a day, then 8mg, then 16mg and now on 20mg a day.
I take 8mg pill in the morning, 8mg at 2pm and 4mg at around 6pm. I feel okay and can't even believe I haven't been on percs for this long!

I'm a high strung person most of the time. Pot and alcohol mellows me out. So what do I do without it? I tried heavy loud music. I tried meditating.
Emptying my mind of conscious thought... how do I not think? I'm always thinking of about 20 things at once. Does anyone meditate? What am I doing wrong? I'd love to empty my mind.
